BEGINNING STONE CARVING

for ADULTS

Hey everyone, I'm teaching a stone sculpture course.  Learn how to carve stone (alabaster) for beginning students.  You will learn the whole process of stone carving, from chisels to files and the finishing process.  Students are helped and encouraged to create the style of work that interests them!  Class demonstrations will accompany peaceful hours of working and connecting to the stone.  No previous experience required!  Tools are included, stone is additional cost.  On the first day of class you will purchase your stone from instructor at $9.00 for a 10 lb piece.
